oh thanks for that explanation! And no, I never don't read fics with fictional characters. I started several but always close them down. IF I read hetero stuff, then with the women who are already in the movie. Like Mary for Preston, or Rachel for Bruce. I don't like invented characters much. However, I DID start to read a story about Preston and a woman named Kyra...didn't get far yet since I don't like to read WIPs either.
