It's not that I don't think it belongs at all, it's that I don't think it goes quite where it is. Of course you don't have to take the crit as is; I wouldn't presume to screw with your story, being that it's, well... yours. :P Just figured I'd give it a mention in case you were planning to revise this at some later date.
