cut for spoilers because it just started to air overhere last week...AND THEN SOME! OH MY FUCKING GOD! IT WAS AWESOME! I did go there because the girls at the Refuge said it's slashy as hell and since we have the same taste, I just went, even though I was neither a real fan of Robert Downey Jr. nore Jude Law. BUT it was funny and serious at the same time. I never saw a movie like that before. It played in the old fashioned London but somehow felt modern with the kickboxing and general fighting, the incredible knowledge the two had and AND THEIR ABSOFUCKINGLUTE C H E M I S T R Y! WOAH THE SLASH!!!! Well, yeah, they gave them both a woman, but they only had eyes for each other, were THERE for each other when they needed each other and they KNEW all the ticks, strengths and weaknesses of each other (sorry word repeating). It was breathtaking. They acted like an old married couple. Nether could let go. They trusted each other blindly. I was stunned at the fact how strong and skilful Watson really was, how smart Holmes. (I never really watched the former series/movies) Guy Richie did a wonderful movie. I can't wait to get my hands on the DVD and watch it in english!!!!! Hope there are some slashy stories out there already since it aired in the US so long ago already.
Couldn't even make an icon yet since imdb didn't let me take the pix :( Anyway, it was SO COOL to see it on big screen. The tricks were so well done and old London looked REAL! I hope there will be part 2 as the end suggested...
