I actually went there because someone at the A-Team kink meme wanted a crossover and, seeing part 1 and 2 with my daughter, I promised to go with her and see it in the theatre, because this HAS to be seen on the big screen. And really it was my very first 3D experience and I was blown away! The technical stuff was so totally amazing and mindblowing cool! Loved the music! And while I am not such a big fan of the Sam actor, I was sososo positively surprised to see Patrick Dempsey in there!!!! (So it WAS worth the lot of money I had to pay lol) I didn't like that he turned out to be the bad guy but it was cool anway to see him on big screen!! I was also glad to see Colonel Lennox again :D Him I like way more then Sam. All in all a really cool theatre movie (a weee bit on the american chlichee side though ;)
BUT THAT WOMAN!!!! My daughter and I thought she was a total fail! WHY was she there? where was his first big love? She fitted sosososo much better! We laughed all the time about Cali's (Carli's?) very white outfit while everybody around her was dirty and sweaty. She also had always perfectly styled hair and...even while sliding down a breaking down tower...she NEVER lost her high heels...hhmmm...maybe I just don't like to watch women anymore? lol
Well, all in all, I can only recommend it to watch it in the theatre. Totally worth the 2 1/2 hours if you are a sci fi fan! BUT nothing for kids I'd say, even though there were some in the theatre with us.
