HELP! scrapbook...

Hey guys! I want to try and organize my scrapbook since my art isn't save on any of my computers. But this looks sooooooo complicated and timeintense. Is there a trick to it?

Actually it's pretty much like any other storage utility on your computer. You create 'folders' to store your work in, upload your images to those folders, then tag them just like you would an LJ entry. You can add the title and any descriptions about the artwork that you'd like. And if you put something in the wrong folder it's easy to move it.

It just looks scary from the setup point. YOU CAN DO IT! :)

yes it looks scary, especially everything seems to be in FB_in right now. Guess that is everything I ever posted and didn't put in the scrapbook...can I link to the scrapbook out of LJ, like on a board or a yahoo group?

No, you have to actually load your photos into it. It doesn't support a hotlink or embedded link.

Yeah, it looks scary, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. What I would do, if you just have everything in there in one place is create all the folders you want and then move what needs to go where.

WOAH, Switch!!! You've got a LOT there!!! And I see you have a lot of different boys in there as well...some of the same I secretly like too, like Brian from QAF and Daniel Rrrrrr

So, I can have NC17 manip stuff in there too? Because they don't take these anymore at fotopic.net or photobucket.

Hey Switch! Can I take pix from your galleries to make art with them? I've already snagged a hot Brian pic and made an icon...not sure to use it yet, waiting for your permission. Hugsssss

It's really not complicated. Actually it's quite simple. There's no right way or wrong way to do a scrapbook. It's whatever you want to do with it. It is time consuming but in a fun way. We did one for my best friends wedding and the whole bridal party would get together and eat and drink while we were doing and had a great time in the process. Going to the store and picking out all the stickers and rub ons and things like that are half the fun :D.
