Attention, this is a sad wall (I think)

mmmhhh and another Dan Evans wall. I didn't intend it to be sad, but when I looked at the finished product it somehow appeared to me that way. I like it anyway. I was inspired by Siriala's fantastic artwork. I wanted to try out some effects and stuff. Hope I didn't overdo it.

I love this guy.

I like very much how you used different filters on the caps, and the juxtaposition of b&w and colour. And I absolutely love that you used the drawing Ben made in the bridal suite. Yes, it's sad, but it's beautiful.

Merci Siriala!!!! It really took me a while! Playing around with the filters and lightning is fun but very often I take my beloved "step backwards", because I just don't like the effect! The drawing just HAD to be in there! I think its cool that he can draw like that! I bet he did draw him much more later, in very different positions and portraits ;)

WOW! siriala said I may like this and she is right! it's beautiful, it is a little sad but Dan seems to me to be a sad character and you captured that brilliantly. I just want to hug him!

Thanks so much Pam!!! I want to hug him all the time too! The scene that gets me most (so far) is when he says, that he's tired of seeing his boys hungry, and the way they look at him and his wife is NOT! That hurts really deeply! Glad my dear Siriala showed you the way to this :D
